How far in advance should I order?
Order as early as you can. Orders placed 7 calendar days or fewer before your fulfillment date (pickup date or ship date) are rush orders: they are subject to availability, require 100% payment, carry a rush fee of 25% of the subtotal ($40 minimum), and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I order exact quantities — even just one?
Individual party favors sold by the piece start at six and increase by one. Other products start at one.
What happens after I place an order?
Order → Design Approval → Payment Completion → Production → Ready Notification → Schedule Pickup (for Local Pickup) or Shipment. You receive a private order link to view your order and pay securely through Square.
