The pickup address is never shown publicly. Exact pickup details are shared only with confirmed customers only in Acuity’s existing 24-hour appointment reminder.
Order identification
Please have your name and order number ready at pickup. If someone else will collect your order, email us in advance with your order number.
Rescheduling & missed pickups
Pickup changes require contacting us directly, are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Prepared orders are not remade for a new date.
Balloon transportation
Bring a vehicle with enough space, inspect your balloons before leaving, and keep them out of Arizona heat and direct sun.
