How Your Design Is Created
Your designer confirms height, colors, and toppers, builds your columns, and sends completion photos for review before pickup.
Estimated turnaround: 7 business days after payment, including design approval. Physical production begins after final approval; approval delays extend the estimated ready date. Balloons are inflated the night before or day before pickup/event service.
Good to Know
- Balloon orders are Local Pickup Only.
- After your design is complete, you receive photos and a 2-hour review window for reasonable concerns or adjustments; with no response, the design is approved as shown.
- Please inspect your balloons at pickup. Once pickup is accepted, responsibility transfers to you.
- Bring a vehicle with enough space for your design — tight vehicles can damage balloons.
- Protect balloons from Arizona heat, direct sun, wind, weather, sharp objects, pets, and children.
